Breakfast
  • 100 - Rice Chex Cereal
  • 31 - 1/4 cup Reduced Fat 2% Milk
  • 105 - Medium Sized Banana

Lunch
  • 280 - Chick-fil-A Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich  - Plain
  • 130 - Baked Lays Potato Chips
Lunch Total: 410


Dinner
  • 280 - Lean Cuisine Macaroni and Cheese
  • 60 - Jell-O Mouse Temptations - Chocolate Indulgence
Dinner Total: 340


Snacks  
  • 300 - 2 Cinnamon Sugar Muffins
  • 67 - 2/3 of Medium Red Delicious Apple

Daily Total: 1353
Daily Weigh-In: 161.4 lbs 

For those who are curious, unless I say otherwise, I am drinking water with each of these meals.  I don't want to waste my daily allotment of calories on beverages. Also, the milk in my breakfast meals....that's for the cereal.  Not for drinking.
