I was SUPER pleased with my weigh-in this morning!  Especially since I was nervous about going over yesterday!  Also, Tyler and I did my yoga routine this morning.  We added in some sets of sit-ups and push-ups....well....Tyler did the push-ups anyways.  I kinda....attempted to do them....ish. lol.

I also went grocery shopping for the first time since I started my diet today.  I bought some fruit, and some slimfast shakes (which I may or may not like, but I'm hoping I will like!), some diet friendly frozen dinners, and some muffin mixes that produce tasty and relatively low calorie muffins!  I think things are going good so far.  I am pleased with my progress. =)

  1. The only way to do a slim fast is to chug it/power through it...and stay away from vanilla...barf!

  2. Yeah.....I just took a sip of my first one today. Nasty. Don't think I'll be pursuing that method of weight loss. No thanks. I'll eat fewer things that are tastier.
