This was a HARD day. It was Hayden's birthday party, and then Stephen and I spent the afternoon and early evening on the road, so food choices were very limited. We ended up at McDonald's, and I ended up with French Fries in my hand. But I was kinda strong....I didn't get a meal....only a small fries...and I drank water.
Yeah, it was really hard. Also I am completely ashamed of how much I enjoyed those fries! Anyways, because I was still traveling, I did not have access to my scale at the usual weigh-in time.

Water with [a lot of] lemon is my favorite beverage EVER! :D You should try it sometime. High in vitamin C :)
